This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo directly across from the beach on Marco Island, Florida. The sunsets from the balcony are awesome. Imagine yourself sitting on the lanai every nite watching some of the most beautiful sunsets in the world. The complex is called the Sands and it is located at 129 S. Collier Blvd, Marco Island, Florida, just across the street from the Marriott. It is located on the 3rd floor of a 5 story building. The unit sleeps 6 and has a king size bed in the master bedroom, 2 singles in the second bedroom and the couch pulls out to a queen sleeper. The unit is equipped with a full kitchen which includes coffee maker, blender, all pots and pans, dishes and silverware, microwave, oven, stove, full size washer and dryer in the unit, and lots of other amentities. In the unit you have 3 tvs / vcrs, all bath towels, linens, beach towels, beach chairs, beach cooler, a screened in porch that overlooks the pool with a view of the Gulf. There are 2 public beaches within 1 mile (South Beach and Tigertail beach) or you can purchase a monthly pass for Residence Beach directly across the street. The complex has elevators, pool, tennis court, whirlpool, and front office assistance between 8am - 4pm.

These rates include all your taxes, cleaning, and $100 application charge that goes to the association to process the application. I will give a discount for multiple month rentals. The unit is a non-smoking unit.
