The Apollo
This is a beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bath condo located in the Apollo beachfront condominium. It is on the south end of the Island at 900 S. Collier Blvd. @ 3/4 south of the Marriott. The unit is located directly on the beach and has a GREAT view of the beach and Gulf. The whole west wall is a sliding glass door. Whether you are sitting in the living room or on the balcony the view is spectacular. You are directly on the beach and from the condo you have direct beach access. The condo has been updated with new granite counter tops and kitchen cabinets. The bedroom has a king-size bed and the couch pulls out to a queen size sleeper. The unit will accommodate 4 people. The condo is equipped with a full kitchen that includes stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, blender, and lots more. The unit is equipped with two flat screen TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The condo is also comes with all linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach cooler, beach caddy to wheel everything to beach, beach umbrella, and kids beach toys (buckets, rafts, noodles, boogie boards). Some added amenities include hair dryer and binoculars. The unit has a balcony with table and chairs and the sunsets are amazing. The Apollo condo complex has a huge pool, whirlpool, workout room, covered parking, two tennis courts, and after hours security. The Apollo condo also has an excellent restaurant and bar called the Sunset Grille. The bar was voted best happy hour on Marco Island, Florida.
Additional Condo Info
The APOLLO Condominium Association charges $45 to park for the entire length of your stay. Whether you are staying 1 week or 1 month the charge is $45 and is paid at the front desk of the building. They will issue you a fob to put on the rear view mirror. They will also collect a $75 deposit on a credit card that is refunded when the fob is returned. This $45 is a fee that the building association collects and applies to ALL renters at the Apollo.
I do offer multiple week discounts and monthly rental rates.
I also require a $200 refundable security deposit. Normal policy is $200 will hold the condo for you and I will then send you a receipt. Then 60 days before your arrival date if renting 1 week I would require the rent payment. If renting multiple weeks the rent will be due 90 days before arrival. I will then send you keys, map of Island, information letter, and another receipt. Once you return from your trip, return my keys and I will send you your deposit back.
This is a nonsmoking condo and pets are not allowed.

4/13/2024 – 5/4/2024 : $1875 per week (Transition Week)
5/4/2024 – 12/21/2024 : $1375 per week (Off Season)
12/21/2024 – 1/4/2025 : $2775 per week (Holiday Rate)
1/25/2025 $2575 per week (High Season)
1/25/2025 - 4/19/2025 $2775 per week (Peak Season)
4/19/2025 – 5/3/2025 : $1875 per week (Transition Week)

Additional Fees
Cleaning Fee: There is a $125 Cleaning Fee per rental. Extra cleaning and sanitizing is being done between each rental.
Cancellation Policy:
Single week rentals: If you cancel before 60 days of arrival, you get a full refund. If you cancel inside of 60 days of arrival you lose your rent UNLESS I re-rent the unit then you will get a refund.
Multi week rentals: If you cancel before 90 days of arrival, you get a full refund. If you cancel inside of 90 days of arrival you lose your rent UNLESS I re-rent the unit then you will get a refund
