This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo directly across from the beach on Marco Island, Florida. The sunsets from the balcony are awesome. Imagine yourself sitting on the lanai every night watching some of the most beautiful sunsets in the world. The complex is called the Sands and it is located at 129 S. Collier Blvd, Marco Island, Florida, just across the street from the Marriott. It is located on the 5th floor of a 5 story building. The unit sleeps 6 and has a king size bed in the master bedroom, a wall pull down queen sleeper, and the couch pulls out to a queen sleeper. The unit is equipped with a full kitchen which includes coffee maker, blender, all pots and pans, dishes and silverware, microwave, oven, stove, full size washer and dryer in the unit, and lots of other amenities. In the unit you have TVs, all bath towels, linens, beach towels, beach chairs, beach cooler, a screened in porch that overlooks the pool with a view of the Gulf. There are 2 public beaches within 1 mile, South Beach and Tigertail Beach. The complex has elevators, pool, tennis court, whirlpool, and front office assistance between 8am - 4pm.

Reservations at the SANDS must be made 30 days in advance if you have never rented at the the SANDS before. The association does a simple background check on all new renters. Once rental application is submitted someone from the Association will call you and ask for your social security # so they can do the check. You do not have to give that to me.
The Sands Rates:
This unit can only be rented by the month.
May - November $3200 per month
Cleaning Fee: There is a $210 Cleaning Fee per rental. Extra cleaning and sanitizing is being done between each rental.
Application Fee: If you have never rented before in the SANDS there is a $100 application fee that I pay directly to the Sands Association. If you have rented in the building before that is waived.
If you cancel before 90 days of arrival, you get a full refund. If you cancel inside of 90 days of arrival you lose your rent UNLESS I re-rent the unit then you will get a refund.
